Lisa's Lasanga
1 package of lasanga
3 cups cheese (your choice)
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup parmasean cheese
2 pounds hamburger meat
large traditional prego sauce
3 cloves of garlic
1 TBSP oregano
salt/ pepper to taste
Boil lasanga unless you prefer no bake, in a saucepan cook meat with salt and pepper to taste, rough chop the garlic and add to meat when it is almost browned. While this is cooking in a seperate bowl add the ricotta cheese, 1 TBSP oregano and 1/2 cup parmasean cheese.
Now all you have to do is layer. I start with the sauce, lasanga, ricotta, sauce and cheese.(sometimes I use an italian mix cheese or I grate jack cheese) Again lasanga ricotta, sauce and cheese. Make sure the last layer end with the sauce and cheeses and sprinkle the top with the rest of the parmesean cheese.
I usually bake this at 400 degrees for about 2o minutes. Let it set for about 15 minutes before serving.
